Our Team

Smart Kidz Early Learning Centre is proud of the dedicated long term educators that we have working with us. Our high quality service can only be achieved with the support of a great team of dedicated professionals. Our team all hold a current First Aid certificate and receive regular in-service training allowing us to continually implement the best practices for your children. 

Miss Sharon is our Licensee. She has over 20 years experience working in the Early Childhood Field. Sharon has her Diploma in Children’s Services as well as her Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood). Sharon purchased Smart Kidz with her mum in 2011. Sharon has three children of her own, a boy and 2 girls. 

Miss Rhonda is also our Licensee. She has over 30 years experience looking after children in a Family Day Care setting. Rhonda completed her Certificate 3 in Children’s Services in 2013. Rhonda has 2 children, her daughter Sharon as well as Sharon’s older brother, Jason. 

Miss Lisa is our 2IC and Educational Leader. She has over 6 years experience in the Early Childhood Field. Lisa has her Certificate 3 in Children’s Services and completed her Diploma in Children’s Services in 2012. Lisa has been with us since we opened in 2011. Miss Lisa is also able to speak Laotian.

Miss Mona completed her Diploma in Children’s Services in 2007 and has over 7 years experience in the Early Childhood Field. She has been an important part of our team since 2011. Miss Mona is also able to speak Assyrian.

Miss Rosa has over 13 years experience in the Early Childhood Field. She completed her Certificate 3 in Children’s Services in 2013. Rosa has been with us since 2011. Miss Rosa is also able to speak Italian.

Miss Kim joined our team in 2011 after doing her TAFE practicum with us to obtain her Certificate 3. Miss Kim has 3 years experience working in the Early Childhood Field and speaks fluent Vietnamese. 

Miss Maria is our qualified cook and lovingly prepares all of the children’s meals in a safe and nutritionally balanced manner. Miss Maria has all of the relevant food handling certificates and speaks fluent Italian
