Centre Communication

We understand how busy your day is but also understand the importance of hearing how your little ones day was. We have adopted many forms of communication with families to meet the needs of all of our parents.

Our favourite form of communication is our informal chats we have with you in the afternoon on pick up. We love sharing information with you face to face where we can receive valuable feedback from our families. If a more formal chat was something that you were after, we are more than happy to arrange a more suitable time for that as well.

All of our parents have an information pocket on the wall in their child’s room where we will place any important information we have for you.

We send daily emails home so you can see a short snippet including photos of what your child has been up to that day.

We email newsletters home regularly; it provides announcements and information on what’s happening in our centre.

We have a ‘Calendar of Events’ in our Foyer outlining the events that we will be celebrating during that month.  It includes cultural celebrations as well as individual children’s birthdays that we love to celebrate together. Please check this regularly to see what celebrations and special events we have coming up.

Please remember we are also only a phone call away if you have a concern, need reassurance on how your child is doing or simply forgot to mention something to us earlier on. Please feel free to contact us on 8783 0022 at any time. Open Monday to Saturday, 7am to 6pm.
